Nintendo has launched a pair of optional paid subscription services for mobile game Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.

The first Pocket Camp Club plan is the Happy Helper Plan, which costs $2.99 / £2.99 per month and is available as a one month free trial.

The Happy Helper Plan allows players to appoint an animal as camp caretaker. They will then in your place fulfil requests, gather items for events and give support around the campsite. This plan also awards 60 Leaf Tickets per month.

The second Pocket Camp Club plan is the £7.99 / $7.99 per month Cookie & Depot Plan, which allows players to choose five cookies a month from a selection of previously released fortune cookies, each with an item inside.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camplaunched in October 2017 and is currently celebrating its second anniversary via an in-game event.

The move towards optional paid subscriptions follows thesuccessful launchofMario Kart Tourin September.Mario Kart Tour features a $4.99 / £4.99 per month ‘Gold Pass’, which helps players unlock more in-game rewards.
