Bethesda has announced a collaboration with Amazon Studios for a Fallout television series.
In a 23-second video published on Thursday, the Elder Scrolls publisher confirmed it’s working on an “AmazonOriginal” with Kilter Films, the production company behind HBO’s Westworld, related to Fallout.
A follow up story fromThe Hollywood Reporterclaims the project is currently in the development stage and does not have a writer attached.
Westworld creators Lisa Joy and Jonah Nolan will exec produce the Fallout series via Kilter Films, along with Bethesda Game Studios’Todd HowardandBethesda Softworks‘ James Altman.
“Fallout is one of the greatest game series of all time,” Joy and Nolan said in a joint statement. “Each chapter of this insanely imaginative story has cost us countless hours we could have spent with family and friends.
