Sony Interactive Entertainment has seen very strong demand for PlayStation 5, according to CEO Jim Ryan. “The demand as expressed by the level of pre-order has been very considerable,”Sony’s gaming boss toldReuters. A modern day remaster of Star Wars: Dark Forces is in development at Nightdive Studios. Unity has confirmed plans to cut 265 jobs or 3.8% of its global workforce as part of a company “reset”. The layoffs are related to the termination of a professional services agreement Unity had with digital effects company Weta FX,Reutersreports.
