Ubisoft has revealed Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s post-launch content roadmap, including the release of two story expansions in 2021. All players will receive free seasonal content such as in-game events, new settlement buildings, and fresh games modes. Each season will last for three months and the first one begins in December 2020. Owners of the game’s season pass, which is included in theAssassin’s Creed ValhallaGold, Ultimate and Collector Editions, will get an exclusive Legend of Beowulf quest at launch, and be able to visit new locations in a pair of story expansions next year....

CD Projekt says the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 is now in the preproduction stage. The sequel, which until recently was known as Project Orion, is being headed byCD Projekt Red’s new North American arm, which has studios in Boston and Vancouver. According to a statement accompanying its Q1 2025 financial report, the publisher stated that the sequel, which it now refers to as simply Cyberpunk 2, has entered the next stage of the development process....

Cyberpunk 2077’s performance on PS4 consoles has been labelled “dire” and “a mess” in a new technical analysis. Digital Foundry found that on the basePS4the much-anticipated open world game dropped to 15fps in some sequences, while thePS4 Prodropped to as low as 18fps but hits 30fps “a lot more often”. CD Projekt Red has released its latest significant patch for Cyberpunk 2077 for consoles and PC. Hotfix 1.05 makes over 60 fixes to the open-world game, including for quest bugs, visual glitches, UI errors and more. 1.05 introduces “multiple stability improvements, including crash fixes,” according to its patch notes, as well as an improvement to HDR which adds more warmth.
