A new Microsoft patent could allow for physical games to be verified for use as part of an Xbox Digital library. The patent, spotted byGameRant,suggests that players would be able to use an external disc drive, in this case, anXbox One, in order to verify ownership of a game. The player would then be able to play the digital version on theirXbox Series S, a digital-only console. It’s unclear if this would allow players a permanent license to use the digital version of the game, or a temporary one that would have to be re-verified....

A second Lego set based on the Horizon franchise is reportedly releasing in March.
